Our Story
Andira Ltd is a family-run boutique construction firm, led by husband-and-wife team Neil and Zoe Pennington. We deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects across the North West, working across a range of build types and sectors.
Andira was founded by Neil Pennington following many years delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across Liverpool, Manchester, and London.
The original business operated successfully from 2007, specialising in construction and joinery-led projects for private clients and commercial organisations. During this time, Neil undertook senior site and project management roles on complex, high-specification builds, developing the hands-on approach and attention to detail that continue to define Andira’s work today.
As project commitments increasingly required travel, Neil later partnered with a specialist joinery practice to maintain delivery on Liverpool-based work while rebalancing commitments closer to home. This chapter concluded in 2020 by choice, following the successful completion of all active projects.
Continued demand from long-standing clients, along with referrals from architects and designers, led to the company being re-established as Andira Ltd in 2021, with a clear focus on delivering carefully selected, high-quality projects across the North West.
Today, Andira remains intentionally boutique. We take on a limited number of projects, allowing clients to work directly with Neil throughout, ensuring continuity, accountability, and consistently high standards. Many clients return for future work, and professional partners are often willing to wait for availability, confident in the care and attention applied to each project.
