Moho Apartments, Castleford, Manchester

Moho is an Urban Splash development of 108 luxury one and two bedroom apartments for which Neil worked as site manager.

He undertook the measuring, ordering and project managing of the installation of the external and communal area claddings. Fifteen joiners took around twelve months to install the 230,000 metres of masaranduba timber that give the development its unique feel and quality which have helped to make it such a success.
