Burton Place, Manchester

Burton Place was an Urban Splash development of 110 apartments. Neil was responsible for project managing the external and internal claddings.

Approximately 150,000 linear metres of Iroko was fixed to the external façade of the building and arranged into panels, while 250,000 linear metres of tatajuba was fixed to the communal area walls which gave the building a rich warm feel.
